Manu Pinot Noir
This elegant, fruit-forward, approachable red exhibits a bouquet of cherries, violets, red fruits and overtones of smoke and peat. On the palate there is a fruity concentration accompanied by chocolate, coffee bean, plum and toasty flavours with a very pleasant sweetness. A beautifully balanced wine. Manu Sauvignon Blanc
Fruit forward, bright, lively wine with a citrus, tropical, herbal bouquet. Gooseberry and passionfruit flavours dominate the palate with a hint of sweetness and herbal undertones. Coopers Creek Gisborne Viognier
Stonefruit dominates the nose of this wine: peaches, nectarines, apricots. Mingled with this are floral notes (lemon flower and orange flower) backed by gentle spice notes.Viognier is a low-acid varietal so the palate is broad, rich and weighty. The wine coats the tongue from front to back and side to side and the finish lasts and lasts. The wine is technically dry, but the fruit character is so strong that it seems sweet.
