Carmenere & Cabernet Sauvignon blend
Dark ruby red in colour. A rich and refined wine with plenty of ripe fruit characters and spices. Intense wild black cherry fruit aromas followed by notes of laurel, clove, mint, pepper, dark chocolate and black olives. Lovely balance of jammy and dark ripe fruit along with peppery flavours and sweet oak. Fine grained with smooth, velvety tannins. A well-structured, concentrated, complex wine that has excellent length to the finish. Unfiltered. $17.95*

Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Richly concentrated and complex. Combines impressive wild black cherry, black currant and cassis aromas with some hints of mint, cedar, clove, tobacco and spices. Ripe and generous on the palate; sweet fruity flavours, fleshy and powerful, followed by dark bitter chocolate, cigar box and finely structured tannins. This is the perfect wine to enjoy with red strong meats ~ lamb, ribs, beef. $17.95*

Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
Bright, clean and crisp. Classic minerality, floral and herbal hints, framed by green notes of citrus and asparagus. Begins with mineral scents, white pepper and herbal hints blended with aromas of pink grapefruit and citrus fruit. A long finish with a vibrant and refreshing acidity. Leyda Vintage Selection Red Blend 2002  
Cabernet Sauvignon (60 %) gives depth and character, Cabernet Franc (25%) adds structure and elegance, and Syrah (15%) adds complexity to the blend. The elegant nose exhibits black fruit aromas like cassis and plums along with leather, black pepper and a floral hint. Cousino-Macul Antiguas Reservas Merlot
Intense nose of mature dark fruits, such as cherries and blackberries, surrounded by notes of plum and blueberry pie and subtle touches of violets and cedar. On the palate, the berry flavours grow through plum to black cherry, with constant and vigourous floral notes. Light bodied, but intense flavour in the middle. Long finish, full, very elegant with silky tannins and an extended aftertaste. Excellent accompaniment for pasta with dark sauces, roast turkey, lasagne or gnocchi in bolognese sauce, tagliatele in tomato sauce, red meats and a wide variety of cheeses. Cousino-Macul Antiguas Reservas Chardonnay
Inviting aromas of green apple, honeysuckle, and lemon with hints of vanilla and ginger. The flavours continue the crisp apple theme along with layers of lemon drop, grapefruit, anise, and hazelnuts. Medium-bodied with a creamy texture, it strikes an elegant balance between light oak and refreshing acidity. EQ Chardonnay

Corralillo Merlot Malbec
The name Corralillo refers to a still-standing century-old wine cellar and winery in Rosario Valley. This blend of 80% Merlot, 12% Malbec and 8% Cabernet Franc has a deep red colour with intense aromas of cherry marmalade, strawberries, spices and chocolate. In the mouth it shows its distinct components: the Merlot contributes red fruits, the Malbec wild berries and rounded tannins, while the Cabernet Franc gives the spices and the solid structure. El Delirio Syrah Malbec
Medium-deep ruby red, with dark cherry highlights. Complex and alluring aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry, violets, black pepper, and nutmeg with flinty notes and rich, toasted oak and vanilla. The palate has a broad entry leading to a round, mouth-filling middle and full but soft tannins. Very elegant, with fine balance. This wine showcases the synergy between these two great varietals. El Delirio Sauvignon Blanc
Bright to pale yellow colour. Powerful and elegant aromas evoke white peaches and pears, as well as herbal notes, acacia and lavender.
