Looking Glass Gewurztraminer
Looking Glass Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Kerner grapes
Cedar Creek Winery has over 20 years of experience in what they call “hands-off winemaking” ~ if they could get the Riesling into stainless steel tanks without touching it, they would ~ to preserve the delicate aromatics that make their Reisling special.
Built with no ferrous metals, no electricity in the chamber, and aligned to True North, the Pyramid is the wine’s temple. This aging period is the final step in the production process when the wine (which is alive, by the way) recovers from bottle shock and is infused with the music of the spheres. The Pyramid connects us to the unseen world of pure form, and to things surpassing the intellect’s understanding.

Putting together a blended wine takes finesse and judgement so that the experience of the whole will be greater than the sum of the individual parts. Rim Rock Merlot
Rim Rock Chardonnay
The bright, alluring, golden colour hints at the elegance of this absolutely stellar icewine. A taste reveals its full opulence with the richness swirling gracefully and filling the palate with an explosion of lush fruits of mango, passionfruit, pineapple and lychees.
The fruit-driven sweetness is supported perfectly by the well-balanced acidity and the lavish, lingering heat. Fantastic with exotic fruit salad, crème caramel, Roquefort cheese, blue cheese, or simply on its own after a beautiful meal. For a sweet experience, try it with foie gras.
Second Crossing Merlot
The 2007 Proprietor’s White is blended from six different varietals, resulting in a medium-bodied, semi-dry wine with aromas and flavours of peach, pineapple, lychee and honeysuckle. The mouthfeel is clean and lively, with tropical fruits on the palate and a crisp finish. $13.95*
