100% Kerner grapes
Lemon in hue, this wine’s layered aroma suggests ripe peaches and spiced pears. The complex flavours range from butter to lemon tarts. Cedar Creek Winery has over 20 years of experience in what they call “hands-off winemaking” ~ if they could get the Riesling into stainless steel tanks without touching it, they would ~ to preserve the delicate aromatics that make their Reisling special.

Cipes Brut Sparkling Wine

A Summerhill classic, winning gold medals every year since its introduction in 1991, the Cipes Brut is a beautiful Riesling-based sparkling wine with aromas of apple, lime, pear, almonds and grapefruit. Pinot Noir
A classic Pinot Noir with raspberry, strawberry, licorice and vanilla aromas. Lovingly known as “The Hot Tub Wine,” Ehrenfelser is Summerhill’s best-selling wine! Light golden straw colour. On the nose, aromas of citrus, lychee, melon, floral, apple and tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Oily texture with melon,  Granny Smith apple, citrus and tropical fruit flavours leading to a finish full of spice. Blasted Church Cabernet Merlot 2007
